Abstract

This study describe and analyze teacher performance as educators and educational influencers at SMA Bakti Ponorogo and SMAN 1 Badegan. In an evolving digital era, teachers' roles have expanded beyond classroom knowledge transmission into social transformation agents influencing broader educational ecosystems. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing observation, in depth interviews, and document analysis. Informants were purposively selected, comprising school principals, teachers, and students at both institutions. Findings reveal that teacher performance at SMAN 1 Badegan consistently surpasses SMA Bakti Ponorogo across all measured dimensions: lesson planning (85% vs. 82%), learning implementation (83% vs. 78%), student assessment (80% vs. 75%), professional development (77% vs. 70%), and influencer role (74% vs. 68%). These differences are shaped by institutional support, school culture, and digital platform utilization intensity. This study contributes a conceptual model of teacher performance integrating pedagogical and digital leadership dimensions, intended as a reference for regional education policymakers.
