Abstract

This study aims to obtain a profile of adolescent resilience in grade VIII level of junior high school students. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. The study was conducted on students of class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Cimahi 2017/2018 academic year with the total population is 452 students, and the number of research samples is 443 students. The instrument used in this study was adapted and modified from the resilience theory in Bonnie Benard's' book "Resiliency: What We Have Learned" and a Likert-scale questionnaire. The results of this research are as follows: 1) The highest aspect is the sense of purpose and bright futures of 83.37%, 2) the lowest issue is the social competence of 68.65%; 3) the highest indicator is spirituality of 91.58%, and 4) the cancel indicator is communication of 60.87%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktisi jasa konstruksi dalam merencanakan dan mengimplementasikan etika bisnis dalam pengendalian dan pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. Salah satu upaya agar para praktisi usaha jasa konstruksi memiliki keterampilan dan pengetahuan dalam implementasi etika bisnis perlu dilakukan kegiatan pelatihan penanaman nilai-nilai etika bisnis pada pelaksanan proyek konstruksi. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dikuti oleh 60 peserta yang merupakan praktisi usaha jasa konstruksi di Jawa Timur. Penyampaian materi pelatihan dilakukan secara online dan tatap muka/offline. Penyampaian materi online berupa sajian materi disertai tugas-tugas. Penyampaian materi secara tatap muka berupa: presentasi materi, diskusi dan tugas-tugas lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan ini telah dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam merencanakan dan membuat program implementasi etika bisnis dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. Abstract: The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of construction service practitioners in planning and implementing business ethics in controlling and implementing construction projects. One of the efforts so that construction service business practitioners have the skills and knowledge in implementing business ethics needs to be carried out training activities to instill business ethics values in the implementation of construction projects. This training activity was attended by 60 participants who were practitioners of the construction services business in East Java. Submission of training material is done online and face to face / offline. Submission of material online in the form of material presentation accompanied by assignments. Submission of material face to face in the form of: material presentation, discussion and fieldwork. Based on the evaluation results it can be concluded that the training activities have been carried out well. This can be seen an increase in the knowledge and skills of participants in planning and creating business ethics implementation programs in implementing construction projects.
