However, quality of life is a multidimensional outcome that may be influenced not only by medication adherence but also by clinical, psychological, social, and environmental conditions. A total of 65 PLHIV receiving ARV therapy were included using total sampling. Data were analyzed descriptively and the association between medication adherence and quality of life was assessed using the Chi-square test, with statistical significance set at . Results: Most respondents had a moderate level of ARV medication adherence (49.2%), followed by high adherence (27.7%) and low adherence (23.1%). Regarding quality of life, 55.4% of respondents were categorized as having moderate quality of life and 44.6% as having high quality of life. The Chi-square analysis showed no statistically significant association between ARV medication adherence and quality of life ( ). Conclusion: No statistically significant association was observed between ARV medication adherence and quality of life among PLHIV at Lebdosari Primary Health Center. Further studies should consider clinical, psychological, social, and economic factors that may contribute to quality of life and should apply multivariable analysis to account for potential confounding factors.
