Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and work ethic on the work productivity of employees at the Munjul District Community Health Center, both partially and simultaneously. This study employed a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Work ethic also has a positive and significant effect on work productivity and is a more dominant variable than motivation. Simultaneously, motivation and work ethic have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. These findings indicate that motivation serves as a driving force that encourages employees to improve their enthusiasm and commitment to work, while work ethic contributes to developing discipline, responsibility, consistency, and professionalism in carrying out their duties. Therefore, improving employee productivity at the Munjul District Community Health Center should be pursued through an integrated approach that strengthens motivation and develops a professional work ethic to support improvements in the quality of public health services.
