Abstract

This research aimed to evaluate the correlation between leadership styles and the organisational culture present in Iraqi volleyball federations from the employees' viewpoint, as well as to determine if there are statistically significant differences at a level of ≤ 0.05 concerning organisational culture based on gender, educational background, and tenure. The investigators employed a descriptive-analytical approach, developing a leadership styles questionnaire encompassing four domains, each containing five statements, with an organisational culture questionnaire comprising 35 items divided into three primary categories. The poll was carried out on a random selection of 60 employees from volleyball organisations. The findings of the research suggested that employees perceived the organisational culture inside these unions as excessively elevated. The findings revealed statistically significant disparities in the average responses of male and female employees about organisational culture, with the differences favouring male workers. The research recommended that volleyball federations implement contemporary methodologies like brainstorming and improve teamwork to tackle their issues, while maintaining rigorous quality standards to foster a more productive and successful educational atmosphere.
