Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the variables Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Stock Returns in Pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2024. This research was conducted by collecting secondary data sourced from the financial statements of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Using multiple linear regression methods. The sample withdrawal method used in this study used purposive sampling method. This study analyzed data from 7 companies over a 5-year period so that the data obtained was 35 data. Data processing using Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 29. The results showed that ROA had a negative and insignificant effect on Stock Returns, while ROE and NPM had a positive and significant effect on Stock Returns. Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant effect on Stock Returns.
