Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to identify various challenges in the implementation of ICT-based maharah al-istima teaching for fourth-grade students of MIS Mande, Bima City and describe the impact of ICT application on the learning process. Methodology: The study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, where data is obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions with validity tests using source and technique triangulation. Main Findings: The results of the study indicate that the implementation of ICT-based maharah al-istima learning still faces various obstacles, including limited technological facilities and infrastructure, low student ability in understanding Arabic audio materials, and less than optimal teacher competence in integrating ICT into the learning process. On the other hand, the use of ICT has been proven to have a positive impact in the form of increased student learning motivation, easy access to learning resources, and the creation of a more active, interesting, interactive, and learner-centered learning process. Novelty/Originality of this study: The novelty of this research lies in the analysis of the implementation of ICT-based maharah al-istima learning at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level in the context of the Society 5.0 era by simultaneously examining the implementation challenges and their impact on learning quality.
