Abstract

His study aims to analyze the effects of transformational leadership, corporate culture, corporate governance, and employee performance on corporate performance at PT Dunia Setia Sandang Asli Tekstil IV Ungaran, Semarang Regency. The population of this study consisted of all 60 employees in the Spinning department. A saturated sampling method was employed, in which all members of the population were included as research respondents. The data used in this study were primary data collected through questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. The results indicate that corporate culture, corporate governance, and employee performance have positive and significant effects on corporate performance. However, transformational leadership was not found to have a significant effect on corporate performance.
