<![CDATA[This community empowerment program aimed to enhance the business capacity of agribusiness micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) specializing in aquatic plants in Cihideung Village, Parongpong District, West Bandung Regency, by strengthening financial management practices and developing strategies for future business growth. The program was initiated in response to several challenges, including stagnant sales between 2024 and 2025 due to limited marketing efforts that relied primarily on social media platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook. Additional constraints included limited cultivation equipment, inadequate financial management resulting from the absence of bookkeeping, and issues related to product durability during cultivation until the products were ready for sale. The program employed lectures, discussions, and demonstrations as its implementation methods. The results indicated that improving product marketing increased sales by more than 10 plants per week. Furthermore, the provision of cultivation equipment and supporting facilities more than doubled cultivation capacity. Improved financial record-keeping enabled clearer and higher business income and profitability, while better optimization of product durability reduced losses from unsuccessful cultivation. In conclusion, the provision of equipment and non-equipment support, including training in financial management and business development for agribusiness MSMEs specializing in aquatic plants, resulted in significant improvements in business capacity.]]>
