Abstract

This study seeks to examine in depth the integration of a child-friendly classroom an idea as a form of implementing humanistic classroom management within a value-based education framework in primary schools. Utilizing qualitative research design with a documentary study methodology, this study gathers data from a selection of credible scientific articles published between 2015 and 2025 via national and international databases, and then conducts a systematic analysis of the collected materials through a content analysis framework. The synthesized findings indicate the presence of a reinforcing hierarchical relationship among the three concepts: value-based education functions as a moral philosophical foundation, humanistic classroom management serves as an operational strategy through empathetic communication and positive discipline, while the child-friendly classroom represents a concrete outcome in the form of a learning environment that is safe and inclusive, and participatory. Practically and theoretically, this research offers a significant contribution to the by supplying an education-related field through integrative conceptual model that demonstrates that the success of character education and the mental health and psychological well-being of primary school pupils cannot be separated from the quality of classroom management that upholds human dignity.
