Abstract

This study aims to determine how the impact of regional original revenue, village funds, and investment can affect economic growth in East Java. This study covers 30 districts and cities in East Java that received village funds during the period 2020 to 2024. The methodology applied in this study involves panel data regression analysis using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) and the analysis was carried out using Stata 14 software. The findings of this study highlight and show that regional original revenue can have a significant and positive impact and is very beneficial to economic growth in East Java, village funds also have a significant and positive impact on economic growth in East Java, and investment also has a significant positive impact on economic growth in East Java. The findings obtained from this study have the potential to be used as a reference, especially for the government, in formulating targeted and effective fiscal strategies and policies, as well as for investors to consider when investing in leading sectors.
