General Background Inclusive education requires proper understanding among stakeholders and adequate academic and professional human resources to provide optimal services for students with special needs, particularly autistic children. Specific Background This study explores the implementation of strategic management based on teamwork habits to improve the academic and non-academic achievements of autistic children in inclusive schools. Knowledge Gap Although inclusive services exist, inadequate stakeholder understanding and a lack of optimized teamwork often hinder optimal service delivery and student achievement. Aims This study aims to explain strategic management, teamwork habituation, and the implementation of strategic management based on teamwork habits to improve the achievement of autistic children in inclusive schools. Results Utilizing a qualitative literature study method, the findings indicate that strategic management based on teamwork habits successfully improves both academic and non-academic achievements of autistic children, fosters an inclusive school culture, and realizes optimal services without discrimination. Novelty This work details the practical synchronization of POAC management functions with team formation stages to address special needs education within inclusive settings. Implications These findings establish that integrating strategic management frameworks with collaborative team routines is essential for eliminating discrimination and maximizing developmental outcomes for children with autism. Highlights: Strategic management involves continuous planning, monitoring, analysis, and evaluation to ensure inclusive educational organizations achieve their predefined goals. Teamwork habituation bridges regular teachers and special guidance teachers through coordinated planning and cooperative actions.
