General Background Low quality among human resources presents a fundamental problem that can hinder the development and progression of educational quality within institutions, making capable staff who continuously improve their competence essential. Specific Background This study investigates how the human resource management implementation system is executed at MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Taman Sidoarjo and evaluates the quality of education following the application of existing practices. Knowledge Gap Despite the recognized need for administrative structures, detailed empirical evaluations examining how systematic planning, recruitment, selection, training, compensation, and career paths operate together in Islamic madrasahs remain necessary. Aims This study aims to determine the implementation system of human resource management at MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Taman Sidoarjo and assess the resulting educational quality. Results Utilizing a descriptive qualitative method with data gathered via observation, interviews, and documentation, the findings reveal that the human resource process involves planning, recruitment, selection, training, development, compensation, and career paths, while educational quality has reached a very good standard with an "A" accreditation driven by smooth learning processes and adequate classroom and outdoor facilities. Novelty This work details the practical alignment between administrative staffing functions and school accreditation outcomes within a structured Muhammadiyah educational context. Implications These findings establish that effective administrative handling of school personnel directly drives smooth operational workflows and institutional excellence.
