Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of ujrah and Islamic banking knowledge on customers' interest in using gold pawn products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Surabaya Darmo. This research employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 87 respondents selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS. The results show that ujrah and Islamic banking knowledge have a positive and significant effect on customers' interest, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.773 indicates that 77.3% of customers' interest can be explained by these two variables. Therefore, ujrah and Islamic banking knowledge are important factors in increasing customers' interest in using gold pawn products.
