Abstract

Good performance will enable the company to achieve the goals that have been determined. The study aims to analyze the influence of work life balance and internal communication on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as mediation at PT Royal Express Indonesia. The population and sample in this study are all employees of PT Royal Express Indonesia as many as 40 respondents who were determined using census techniques. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using partial least square (PLS) analysis. The results of the analysis show that work life balance has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at PT Royal Express Indonesia, internal communication has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at PT Royal Express Indonesia, work life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Royal Express Indonesia, internal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Royal Express Indonesia, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Royal Express Indonesia, work life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as a mediation at PT Royal Express Indonesia and internal communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as mediation at PT Royal Express Indonesia.
