Abstract

This study explores the factors that influence the entrepreneurial intentions of young women in Bandung, Indonesia. It focuses on five key aspects—entrepreneurial mindset, self-efficacy, digital literacy, social support, and entrepreneurship education—using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), which considers intention the strongest predictor of actual behavior. A quantitative survey was conducted, collecting primary data from 150 women aged 18–30 through an online questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SPSS, including tests for reliability, validity, classical assumptions, and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that self-efficacy, social support, entrepreneurship education, and entrepreneurial mindset have positive and significant effects on entrepreneurial intention, both individually and together. In contrast, digital literacy showed no significant influence. These findings enhance understanding of what drives entrepreneurial behavior among young women and provide practical guidance for policymakers and educators to design programs that foster confidence, skills, and readiness for entrepreneurship.
