<![CDATA[Educational organization management plays a strategic role in determining the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of educational institutions. In the context of increasingly dynamic global changes, educational institutions face various challenges, including weak governance, limited coordination among organizational levels, and ineffective human resource management. This study aims to analyze the implementation of educational organization management principles, including planning, organizing, directing, and controlling, in supporting the development of professional and competitive educational institutions. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach through a literature review of relevant books, scientific articles, and previous research on educational organization management. The findings indicate that effective planning provides a clear direction for institutional development, organizing ensures the appropriate distribution of roles and responsibilities, directing strengthens coordination and motivation among organizational members, while controlling ensures that institutional activities remain aligned with established objectives. The integration of these four management functions contributes to improving organizational effectiveness, optimizing human resources, strengthening institutional governance, and enhancing the competitiveness of educational institutions. Therefore, the consistent and systematic implementation of educational organization management is essential for creating professional, adaptive, and sustainable educational institutions capable of responding to contemporary educational challenges.]]>
