The development of information technology is driving digital transformation in various business sectors, including laundry services. Bakti Laundry as one of the laundry service providers still faces some obstacles in the management of services and interactions with customers, such as limited information on order status, the recording process that is not optimal, as well as the lack of effective communication media between customers and managers. This research aims to design a User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Website-based Laundry Information System on Bakti Laundry using the Design Thinking method to produce a system design that suits the needs of users. The Design Thinking method consists of five stages, namely empathy, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. In the quadriced stage, data collection is carried out through observation, interviewing, and dissemination of questionnaires to customers to identify the needs and problems faced in the use of laundry services. The defines stage is used to formulate the functional and nonfunctional needs of the system. Furthermore, the ideate stage produces a variety of design solutions that are poured in the form of user flow, wireframe, and sitemap. The prototype stage is done by designing the interface using the Figma application so as to produce a prototype website-based laundry information system. At the testing stage, the prototype is tested using the System Usage Scale (SUS) method to measure the level of user usability and satisfaction. The results showed that the resulting UI/UX design was able to provide a better user experience.
