Abstract

Penggunaan HEXACO-60 sebagai salah satu tes kepribadian yang digunakan untuk mengukur kepribadian seseorang masih belum cukup familiar di Indonesia. Sebagai bagian dari pengembangan alat ukur yang sangat diperlukan oleh para praktisi di lapangan, diperlukan uji psikometri yang dapat menunjukkan alat tersebut cukup valid untuk digunakan. HEXACO-60 memiliki tujuan yang sama dengan penggunaan tes kepribadian MBTI yaitu mengukur kepribadian secara objektif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan melihat hubungan antara dimensi pada tes HEXACO-60 dengan dimensi pada tes MBTI sebagai pengukuran validitas konkuren. Menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan total sampel sebanyak 1,016 partisipan yang terdiri dari mahasiswa dan pekerja dari berbagai kalangan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi Pearson. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara dimensi HEXACO-60 dan dimensi MBTI yang bersesuaian, dengan hubungan positif tertinggi (korelasi lebih dari 0.5) terdapat pada dimensi extraversion dan extrovert.The use of HEXACO-60 as a personality test that is used to measure a person's personality is still not quite familiar in Indonesia. As part of the development of measuring instruments that are indispensable for practitioners in the field, a psychometric test is needed that can show that the tool is valid enough to use. The HEXACO-60 has the same objective as using the MBTI personality test, which is to objectively measure personality. Therefore, this study will look at the relationship between the dimensions on the HEXACO-60 and the MBTI as a measure of concurrent validity. The research method used is quantitative research with a total sample of 1,016 participants consisting of students and workers from various backgrounds. The data analysis technique used was the Pearson correlation coefficient and the Mann-Whitney U test. The results obtained showed that there was a relationship between the HEXACO-60 dimension and the corresponding MBTI dimension, with the highest positive relationship (correlation more than 0.5) found in the extraversion and extrovert dimensions

Abstract

Intelligenz Struktur Test (IST) merupakan salah satu alat ukur intelegensi yang banyak digunakan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji ulang fungsi IST dalam menghasilkan pengukuran inteligensi yang berkualitas. Penelitian yang menguji properti psikometrik subtes IST dalam mengukur kemampuan numerik, yaitu subtes Rechenaufgaben (RA) dan Zahlen Reihen (ZR) ini mengikutsertakan 3.662 partisipan sebagai sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis aitem dengan Teori Respon Butir 3PL, validasi convergent- discriminant, dan uji reliabilitas dengan split-half. Hasil analisis aitem menunjukkan bahwa aitem-aitem pada subtes RA dan ZR termasuk kategori baik. Hasil validasi convergent-discriminant menunjukkan subtes RA berkorelasi positif dengan subtes ZR. Adapun uji reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa error yang terjadi pada subtes RA dan ZR cenderung kecil, yaitu 21.1% dan 32.5% berturut-turut untuk subtes RA dan ZR. Hal ini berarti bahwa aitem-aitem pada subtes RA dan ZR mampu memberikan stimulasi kepada partisipan tes untuk mengukur kemampuan numeriknya. Akan tetapi, perlu dilakukan revisi terhadap 17.5% aitem soal yang dianggap memiliki bias pengukuran.Intelligenz Structure Test (IST) is one of the most widely used intelligence test in Indonesia. This study aims to review its function quality as intelligence test. This study included 3.662 participants as research samples and tested two numerical IST subtest; the Rechenaufgaben (RA) and Zahlen Reihen (ZR) subtests. This research uses the item analysis method with 3PL Item Response Theory, convergent-discriminatory validation, and split-half reliability test. The results of the item analysis showed that the items in the RA and ZR subtests were in a good category. The results of the convergent-discriminatory validation showed that the RA subtest was positively correlated with the ZR subtest. The reliability test shows that the errors occur in the RA and ZR subtests tend to be small, 21.1% for the RA and 32.5% for ZR subtests. This means that the items in the RA and ZR subtests can provide stimulation to the test participants to measure their numerical ability. However, it is necessary to revise the 17.5% item items that are considered to have a measurement bias.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the psychometric properties of the Followership measurement. The participants of the research were 377 of employees with range of 16 - 59 years old. The research used internal consistency of Alpha and construct validity with Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), convergent validity, and discriminant validity. The results were high internal consistency reliability of Indonesian Kelly’s followership styles (α = 0.882), and good fit indexes of modified two factor model (activity and independent), and finally showed the positive correlation to ledadership, work engagement, and religiosity measures.

Abstract

This research aimed to know the effect of personality traits and psychological empowerment on proactive behavior of start-up company employees. The research used quantitative method with 350 participants. The instruments were Big Five Inventory (BFI), Psychological Empowerment Scale (PES), and Proactive Work Behavior Scale (PWBS). With multiple regression we predict effect of personality traits and psychological empowerment on proactive behavior. The results were there were significant effects of personality traits and psychological empowerment on proactive behavior of start-up company employees.

Abstract

This systematic literature review aims to provide an overview of the research related to the soft competency aspects required in industry 4.0 on human capital development. This study used the PRISMA model and included 284 articles from the Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Springerlink databases and three additional report articles with a publication period of 2010 to 2021, which were then selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Thirty-two articles are considered eligible for the further qualitative analysis process. All were analyzed using a content analysis approach that three experts carried out. The result of the analysis shows that articles mention 11 aspects of soft competencies. These aspects are leadership, working with people, customer orientation, communication, task & responsibility engagement, decision making, problem-solving, creative & innovative orientation, flexibility & adaptability, learning orientation, emotional resilience, and problem-solving. These eleven aspects are then classified into Managing People, Tasks, and Self Competencies.

Abstract

In addition to the limited use of the Intelligenz Struktur Test 2000 Revised (IST 2000R), the adaptation process of the IST 2000R into the Indonesian version is thought to influence this test. Therefore, this study aims to conduct a review of the psychometric properties of the IST 2000R Indonesian version. The research method used is quantitative research and 919 participants, aged 17-30 years, M = 380; F=539 were involved as the sample. The data analysis technique used consisted of the construct validity test using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and estimation of internal consistency reliability Cronbach Alpha. Analysis showed that fit results after modification indices with a p-value is 0.05675, RMSEA index is 0.023 (<0.05), GFI 0.99, CFI 0.99. and NFI 0.98 (> 0.9). The results of Composite Reliability (CR) on IST 2000R show that the reliability of sub-tests that measure numerical and abstract intelligence is good, while the reliability of verbal sub-test items is low shown by CR is 0.44.
