<![CDATA[This study is motivated by the low level of students' understanding and participation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning, which is still dominated by conventional teaching methods, so that students tend to be passive and less interested in the learning process. Learning innovation is therefore needed to create a more engaging and interactive learning atmosphere through the use of interactive PowerPoint media. This study aims to describe the implementation of learning innovation in Islamic Religious Education through interactive PowerPoint media and to examine its implications for students' understanding at SMK Mambaul Ulum Pandaan. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design, conducted at SMK Mambaul Ulum Pandaan with an Islamic Religious Education teacher and students as participants. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with the trustworthiness of the data ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings show that the implementation of interactive PowerPoint created a more active, engaging, and communicative learning process. The integration of multimedia elements such as text, images, animation, video, and evaluation exercises helped students understand the material more systematically, while also increasing students' attention, motivation, and participation. Interactive PowerPoint can therefore be concluded to be an effective learning innovation that contributes positively to improving students' understanding and to creating a more enjoyable learning environment.
