One of the main causes of these delays is poor coordination and low reliability of weekly work planning. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Last Planner System in Primavera P6 and compare its performance with conventional scheduling methods during project implementation. The case study was conducted on the Mall Building Construction Project in Semarang City, focusing on the upper structure of the 3rd and 4th floors. The research method used is a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. The research data are in the form of S-curves, BoQs, weekly reports, and labor data obtained from project construction management. The data was processed using the Primavera P6 application to compile a master schedule, a phase schedule, a look-ahead plan, and a weekly work plan. The performance of Last Planner System implementation was evaluated through Percent Plan Complete analysis, deviation from baseline, and implementation time efficiency, and then compared with conventional methods. The results of the study show that implementing Last Planner System with support from Primavera P6 can increase the reliability of planning and the effectiveness of project control. The average Percent Plan Complete value was 86.4%, indicating that the weekly work plan achievement is in the good category, in accordance with the Last Planner System standard, which states that a Percent Plan Complete above 70% is a reliable planning indicator. In addition, the efficiency was 2 weeks on the 3rd floor and 1 week on the 4th floor compared to the conventional-schedule baseline. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the collaboration between Last Planner System and Primavera P6 contributes to reducing waste of implementation time and improving the performance of construction project planning.
