ABSTRACT Road reconstruction projects require effective time control to ensure that project activities are completed according to schedule and to minimize the risk of delays that may affect project objectives. This study aimed to evaluate the time performance of the Dadap Road Reconstruction Project in Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan, using the Earned Value Management (EVM) method through the indicators of Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled (BCWS), Budgeted Cost of Work Performed (BCWP), Schedule Variance (SV), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), and Time Estimated (TE). This research employed a case study with a descriptive quantitative approach using project documentation, including the Cost Budget Plan (RAB), S-Curve, and weekly project progress reports from a single road reconstruction project. The analysis was conducted by comparing actual work progress with the planned schedule to assess the effectiveness of time control throughout project implementation. The results indicated that the project achieved 100% physical progress in the 19th week of the planned 23-week duration, meaning that the project was completed ahead of the contractual schedule. A positive SV value and an SPI greater than 1 indicated satisfactory schedule performance, while the TE estimated project completion within 21 weeks, providing a more conservative estimate than the actual completion time. These findings demonstrate that the Earned Value Management method is an effective tool for evaluating and controlling project schedule performance and can support decision-making processes in infrastructure project implementation. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kinerja waktu pada Proyek Rekonstruksi Jalan Dadap, Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu, Kalimantan Selatan, menggunakan metode Earned Value Management (EVM) melalui indikator Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled (BCWS), Budgeted Cost of Work Performed (BCWP), Schedule Variance (SV), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), dan Time Estimated (TE).
