<![CDATA[The attainment of students' learning outcomes can be seen from the scores they obtain after undergoing the learning process. Learning motivation and students' interest in choosing the vocational program are two important factors in the learning process. This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes in the technical drawing element at SMK Negeri 7 Surabaya; (2) the effect of students' interest in choosing the DPIB vocational program on learning outcomes in the technical drawing element at SMK Negeri 7 Surabaya; and (3) the simultaneous effect of learning motivation and students' interest in choosing the DPIB vocational program on learning outcomes in the technical drawing element at SMK Negeri 7 Surabaya. This study used a quantitative research design with an ex-post facto method, with a sample of 71 tenth-grade students from the Building Modeling and Information Design program at SMK Negeri 7 Surabaya. Data were collected using a questionnaire, a test, and drawing assignments. The data analysis technique began with descriptive statistical analysis, followed by prerequisite analysis tests and hypothesis testing. The results show that both learning motivation and student interest in choosing the DPIB (Building Design and Information Modeling) study program each have a significant effect on learning outcomes in the technical drawing element. Simultaneously, these two variables also have a significant combined effect on learning outcomes, with a fairly substantial contribution to the variation in learning outcomes, although other factors beyond these two variables still play a role. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers, the school, and parents work together synergistically to improve both of these factors. ABSTRAK Tercapainya hasil belajar siswa dapat dilihat dari nilai yang diperoleh siswa setelah mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Motivasi belajar dan minat siswa dalam memilih program keahlian merupakan dua faktor penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar elemen gambar teknik di SMK Negeri 7 Surabaya; (2) pengaruh minat siswa dalam memilih program keahlian DPIB terhadap hasil belajar elemen gambar teknik di SMK Negeri 7 Surabaya; serta (3) pengaruh motivasi belajar dan minat siswa dalam memilih program keahlian DPIB secara simultan terhadap hasil belajar elemen gambar teknik di SMK Negeri 7 Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode ex-post facto, dengan sampel yang berjumlah 71 siswa kelas X Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan SMK Negeri 7 Surabaya. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, tes, dan tugas menggambar. Teknik analisis data dimulai dari analisis statistik deskriptif, kemudian uji prasyarat analisis, serta uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar dan minat siswa dalam memilih program keahlian DPIB masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar elemen gambar teknik. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, dengan kontribusi terhadap variasi hasil belajar tergolong cukup besar meski masih terdapat faktor lain di luar kedua variabel yang turut memengaruhi. Dengan demikian, disarankan adanya sinergi antara guru, pihak sekolah, dan orang tua dalam meningkatkan kedua faktor tersebut.]]>
