Abstract

Previous research shows that public service communication patterns have been implemented effectively and adaptively in several areas. However, there is no specific research yet regarding the communication patterns of the Public Infrastructure and Facilities Handling PPSU officers, such as in the Kelapa Gading Barat sub-district, which aims to determine communication patterns and analyze the application of communication in public services. The purpose of this study is to determine the communication patterns of PPSU officers in Kelapa Gading Barat sub-district in improving public services. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The theory used is two-way communication between PPSU officers and residents, where both parties exchange suggestions and opinions, showing positive feedback in accordance with the concept of circular communication.
