Abstract

This study aims to design and develop an Android-based mobile e-commerce application for Alwafi Dessert & Cookies MSME to support digital marketing and online sales activities. The existing sales process was conducted manually through social media and instant messaging applications, causing difficulties in transaction management, payment processing, delivery tracking, and customer service activities. To address these issues, an integrated mobile e-commerce application was developed using Flutter as the mobile framework, Laravel as the backend and web administration platform, Google OAuth 2.0 for customer authentication, Midtrans as the payment gateway, RajaOngkir for address verification and shipping cost calculation, and Leaflet.js for real-time delivery tracking. The system development process employed the Waterfall method, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The application provides features including product catalogs, shopping carts, digital payments, delivery tracking, a driver application, an admin dashboard, and best-selling product recommendations. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method on 20 functional test scenarios covering customer, administrator, and driver functionalities. The testing results showed that all 20 test scenarios were successfully validated, achieving a 100% success rate, indicating that the application operated according to user requirementsThe developed application improves transaction management, supports integrated online sales activities, and assists MSMEs in adopting digital technology to enhance business operations and service quality. The developed application improves transaction management, supports integrated online sales activities, and assists MSMEs in adopting digital technology to enhance business operations and service quality.
