<![CDATA[Duku Malang is one of the areas affected by waste problems in the city of Cilegon. In this area, the community is still not widely educated about waste. Although several organic and inorganic waste bins have been provided on several streets, they are still not being used properly. Many people, especially children, are still found littering. Some waste management facilities have been provided by local community leaders. However, the community is still unaware and indifferent to the waste problem. The paradigm of the Duku Malang community needs to be corrected so that they understand that waste can be beneficial and improve the community's welfare if it is managed properly. This article aims to explore the dynamics of the mentoring process and participation in the creation of crafts made from recycled plastic glass. In terms of implementation and methodology, the author used the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) method, which is an approach to learning and interacting with the community. The results of the mentoring program show that mentoring on the reuse of plastic waste using the PLA approach can foster creativity, participation, and environmental awareness among the mentees in Duku Malang. This mentoring program can also support the achievement of SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), SDG 13 (Climate Action), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) through environmental education, plastic waste reduction, and participatory community collaboration.]]>
