Abstract Purpose: This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of rahn financing in supporting the sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) financing at Koperasi Syariah BMT At-Tajdid Temayang Design/methodology/approach: This research employed a qualitative approach using field research and library research methods. Data were collected through interviews, observations, scientific journals, DSN-MUI fatwas, regulations, and other relevant literature. Data analysis was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach to examine the implementation of the rahn financing SOP and its contribution to sustainable MSME financing. Research Findings: The findings indicate that the implementation of the rahn financing SOP includes administrative screening, field surveys based on character and collateral assessment, financing committee meetings, collateral valuation, and the determination of ujrah in accordance with sharia principles. Contribution/Originality/Novelty: These processes contribute to financing risk mitigation, maintaining financing quality, and supporting the sustainability of financing distribution to MSMEs through more selective decision-making based on character and collateral aspects. This study contributes academically by enriching the literature on the implementation of rahn financing SOPs in Islamic microfinance institutions. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on SOP implementation as a preventive strategy to support sustainable MSME financing at Koperasi Syariah BMT At-Tajdid Temayang.
