<![CDATA[The limited number of religious instructors, the wide distribution of viharas, the dominance of elderly devotees, and weak regeneration challenge the sustainability of the Buddhist community in Wonogiri Regency. This study analyzes the socio-religious conditions underlying the Dharmaduta Bergerak Program, devotees’ interpretations of its implementation, and social mechanisms that create space for revitalizing religiosity. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with program coordinators and members, Buddhist instructors, vihara administrators, and active and passive devotees from various generations, as well as documentation. Data were analyzed through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, with validity strengthened through triangulation of techniques and sources. The findings show that the Dharmaduta Bergerak Program revitalizes four dimensions of religiosity: restoring belief, deepening Dhamma knowledge, reactivating religious practices, and fostering spiritual experiences through attention, togetherness, and hope for community sustainability. Revitalization occurs through mentors’ direct presence, dialogical and contextual communication, intergenerational encounters, and social capital involving students, instructors, vihara administrators, youth organizations, and devotees. From a lived religion perspective, revitalization emerges when religion is practiced through home altars, meditation, puja bakti, emotional experiences, and daily routines. Sustainability requires continuous mentoring, youth cadre formation, and local community independence for sustained community resilience.]]>
