This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of educational services, perceived ease and security systems on customer participation (Case study at Bank Syariah Indonesia, Lhokseumawe City). The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents from a total of 28,138 populations. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using the SPSS 22 program. The data analysis method was multiple linear regression. The partial results showed that educational services had an effect on consumer participation. From the results of the study, the service education variable (X1) obtained a t count of 3.209 and a t table of 1.661, meaning that t count t table or (3.2091.661) with a significance level greater than 0.05, namely 0.002. Perceived ease of use has an effect on customer participation. Perceived ease (X2) obtained a t count of 4.329 and a t table of 1.661, meaning that t count t table or (4.3291.661) with a significance level smaller than 0.05, namely 0.000. The security system has an effect on customer participation. The security system (X3) obtained a t count of 2.961 and a t table of 1.661, meaning that t count t table or (2.9611.661) with a significance level smaller than 0.05, namely 0.004. Educational services, Perceived ease and Security systems simultaneously have a significant effect on customer participation. Where the F count value is 87.640 with a significance level of 0.000. Meanwhile, Ftable with a confidence level of 95% (? = 5%) at a probability of 0.05 and df2 = n-k-1 (100-4 = 96) and the Ftable value obtained is 3.940. So the results of the F-test show that Fcount Ftable (87,640 3,940). The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.733 or 73.3%, meaning that the variables of Educational Services, Perceived Convenience and Security Systems are able to influence customer participation by 73.3%.
