Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Semester Learning Plan (RPS) development in improving learning quality at IAIN Ternate. The research employs a qualitative approach with interviews, observations, and document analysis. Findings indicate that a well-structured RPS enhances learning organization, teaching effectiveness, and student comprehension of learning outcomes. However, challenges exist in its implementation, such as limited flexibility in material adjustments and resource constraints. To optimize RPS effectiveness, lecturer training, a more rigorous monitoring system, and synergy among institutions, lecturers, and students are required. In conclusion, improving RPS design and implementation can enhance learning quality and graduates' competitiveness.
