<![CDATA[Final Project Report entitled “Analysis of the Compliance of Business Licences with the Spatial Plan in Central Bangka Regency”. This report is based on the premise that business licences which do not comply with the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) can lead to conflicts over land use and hinder regional spatial planning control. The process of assessing the compliance of land use in business licences in Bangka Tengah Regency has so far been carried out manually, which is time-consuming and prone to inaccuracies in spatial analysis. The aim of this final-year project is to develop a digital geographic information system capable of visualising the locations of business permits and monitoring their compliance with the spatial plan, in order to streamline the work of the spatial use compliance approval unit. This report utilises spatial analysis using the overlay method, which involves superimposing maps of business permit locations onto spatial planning maps using ArcMap to produce a classification of spatial compliance levels. The results of this processing are then visualised on the ArcGIS Dashboard, which displays interactive maps, graphs and statistical indicators of spatial compliance. System design was carried out through general system analysis and design, including data flow diagrams and input and output designs. The research methods comprised field studies—namely observation and case studies—as well as a review of the literature relevant to the research problem. The research results indicate that the developed system facilitates the retrieval of spatial compliance information and accelerates decision-making regarding land use control in a more effective and efficient manner.]]>
