Abstract

Strengthening human resources (HR) in the Hizbul Wathan (HW) organization is a strategic step to face the challenges of the digital era. The use of digital technology allows for efficient, fast, and integrated management of member data, coordination of activities, and publication of information. aims to increase institutional capacity, strengthen the organizational management system, and foster a technology-based work culture within the HW environment. This program is implemented with a participatory and applied approach through training, technical assistance, and interactive discussions involving regional and local administrators throughout NTB. The implementing team from the University of Muhammadiyah Mataram acts as a facilitator in the transfer of knowledge and skills in the fields of information technology, organizational management, and cadre education. The results of the activity show five main contributions for partners, namely: increasing human resource capacity through the use of digital applications such as Online Forms and cloud storage; strengthening a more orderly and transparent data-based management system; improving communication capabilities and organizational publications through social media effectively and ethically; growing awareness of the importance of digital transformation which gave birth to the NTB HW Digitalization Team; and strengthening collaborative networks between the academic world and community organizations. Overall, this activity has had a significant impact on improving the professionalism, effectiveness of governance, and readiness of HW NTB to face the challenges of the digital era, as well as becoming a model for strengthening adaptive and progressive institutions within the Muhammadiyah environment.
