Abstract

The research aims to examine financial performance of PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk based on Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) ratios. Primary and secondary data were obtained from financial report 2022, 2023, and 2024. Descriptive analysis was used and also comparison bank’s average probability ratios. Results showed ROA increased in 2023 compared to 2022, but decreased in 2024. The increase was due to higher net income in 2023. The decrease in 2024 occurred because net income declined while total assets increased. The bank’s average profitability ratio for ROA did not exceed the average of Bank Indonesia. ROE increased in 2023 compared to 2022, but decreased in 2024. This was due to rising net income and total equity, while the 2024 decrease resulted from total equity increasing despite decline in net income. The average bank profitability ratio for ROE did not exceed average of Bank Indonesia.
