Abstract

The current digitalization era is forcing the world of education to reform, including in the Christian Religious Education (PAK) subject. Inclusive schools like PKBM Solusi Mandiri Sentosa face more complex challenges because they must serve students with diverse backgrounds and abilities. A descriptive qualitative method combining literature studies and real-life teaching experiences demonstrates that technology is not just a tool, but a solution for presenting more flexible and engaging material for students. The results indicate increased learning motivation because the material can be tailored to each child's individual needs. However, on the ground, facility constraints and technological stuttering remain major obstacles. In conclusion, the success of e-learning in inclusive schools depends heavily on the school management's readiness to manage its infrastructure and human resources.
