Abstract

Objective: This study aims to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of transformational leadership, supervision, and organizational culture on junior high school teacher performance in Pinang District, Tangerang City. Methods: This study employed a quantitative survey involving 30 teachers. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. Results: The findings indicate that supervision has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, whereas transformational leadership and organizational culture have positive but insignificant effects. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect teacher performance, indicating that their combined implementation improves performance. The coefficient of determination shows that the model explains teacher performance, while the remaining variation is influenced by factors beyond this study. Novelty: This study develops an integrated empirical model examining transformational leadership, supervision, and organizational culture as determinants of teacher performance in junior high schools. The findings strengthen educational management literature by confirming supervision as the most influential managerial factor and providing empirical.
