Objective: This study aims to analyze the role of the visionary leadership of the madrasah principal in promoting the transformation of educational organizations through strengthening the perspective of a meaningful curriculum. The research focuses on leadership strategies in formulating the institutional vision, integrating the values of a meaningful curriculum into school policies, and optimizing organizational changes that are adaptive to contemporary educational challenges. Methods: This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design at MTsN 5 Banyuwangi. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis involving the principal, vice principal for curriculum, teachers, and educational staff. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data credibility was ensured through source triangulation, method triangulation, and member checking. Results: The findings indicate that the visionary leadership of the madrasah principal plays a significant role in transforming educational organizations by strengthening a collaborative culture, implementing innovative academic supervision, developing human resource capacity, and optimizing school governance through digitalization. These strategies enhance institutional adaptability, improve internal coordination, strengthen teacher professionalism, and support the implementation of a meaningful curriculum oriented toward contextual learning and student character development.
