Abstract

Digital transformation encourages the use of information systems in educational services, including school accreditation through the School/Madrasah Accreditation Assessment System (Sispena). This study aims to describe the effectiveness of Sispena implementation at BAN-PDM East Java Province based on five dimensions of the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model: system quality, information quality, service quality, use, and user satisfaction. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with purposive sampling. The informants consisted of one IT leader, two IT team members, and three assessors. Data credibility was strengthened through source triangulation among the informants. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, supported by a questionnaire completed by 52 assessors. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman (1992), consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The findings indicate that Sispena was effectively implemented in terms of system quality, information quality, service quality, use, and user satisfaction.
