Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, motivation, and work environment on employee performance at PT Simone Accessary Collection in Wanaherang. The study uses a quantitative approach. The research population consisted of 100 employees, while 80 employees were selected as respondents using stratified sampling based on education level. Primary data were collected through observation and a closed-ended questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, the F test, the t test, and the coefficient of determination with SPSS. The results show that the regression model is significant and feasible, with an F value of 35.978 and significance of 0.000. The regression equation is Y = 12.207 + 0.350X1 + 0.513X2 – 0.137X3. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (β = 0.350; p = 0.001). Motivation also has a positive and significant effect (β = 0.513; p = 0.000). In contrast, the work environment has no significant partial effect (β = -0.137; p = 0.073). The adjusted R-square of 0.570 indicates that the three independent variables explain 57% of the variation in employee performance. The novelty lies in the empirical finding that motivation is the strongest predictor, while the work environment is not significant in this organizational context.
