Abstract

Digital sexual violence in college is a sociological issue related to academic hierarchies, patriarchal culture, institutional reputations, and digital mechanisms that shape the victim's vulnerability. Platform X becomes an ambivalent space that allows victims to build solidarity and public pressure, but also presents victim blaming, moral surveillance, and delegitimization. This study aims to analyze power relations in the practice of digital sexual violence, the dynamics of victim resistance through platform X, and the production of knowledge about victims, perpetrators, and women's safety. The research uses a qualitative approach with an interpretive-critical paradigm and netnography method. Data were obtained through non-participatory digital observation of 264 selected comments from 1,000 comments on 12 public accounts of platform X, then analyzed using thematic, narrative, and critical discourse analysis based on Michel Foucault's perspective. The results of the study showed that academic power relations weakened the position of the victim, while platform X functioned as a space of resistance as well as disciplinary reproduction.  Netizens' comments form a digital truth regime that determines the legitimacy of victims, perpetrators, and women's safety. These findings confirm the importance of campus policies that protect victims, including from victimization, in the digital space.
