Cervical cancer is a leading cause of death among women in Indonesia, particularly those of reproductive age (WRA). Early detection through Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid (VIA) screening is a key strategy to reduce its incidence. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between WRA’s knowledge and attitudes toward satisfaction with IVA Mobile services. This research employed an analytic cross-sectional survey design. The population comprised all WRA in the working area of Puskesmas Boja I (N=10,032). A total of 109 respondents were selected using Slovin’s formula and proportionate stratified random sampling. Independent variables were knowledge and attitude, while the dependent variable was satisfaction with the service. Data were collected through a questionnaire on knowledge (Guttman scale) and attitude and satisfaction (Likert scale). Data analysis included univariate and bivariate tests using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that most women of reproductive age (WRA) had more than one parity (57.8%), had never undergone an STI examination (89.0%), and all respondents had negative STI results (100%). None of the respondents had a history of cancer, while only a small proportion (3.7%) reported a family history of cancer. Regarding contraceptive use, the injection method was the most widely used (51.4%), followed by self-methods (18.3%). The majority of respondents were over 35 years old (57.8%), had secondary education (63.3%), were unemployed (86.2%), had good knowledge (64.2%), and demonstrated a positive attitude (96.3%). Satisfaction with IVA Mobile services was relatively balanced between satisfied (50.5%) and dissatisfied (49.5%). Statistical analysis revealed no significant relationship between knowledge and satisfaction (p=0.543) or between attitude and satisfaction (p=0.118). In conclusion, although most WRA had good knowledge and positive attitudes, these factors were not significantly associated with satisfaction with IVA Mobile services. Other factors beyond knowledge and attitude may influence service satisfaction.
