The rapid development of digital technology has increased customer expectations for fast and responsive services, particularly in the telecommunications industry. This condition requires PT Telkomsel Indonesia to implement effective communication strategies to enhance customer satisfaction through the responsiveness dimension. This study aims to analyze the communication of PT Telkomsel Indonesia's sales team in improving service responsiveness among senior high school and vocational high school students in Surabaya. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed using purposive sampling. Primary data were collected through structured interviews with two informants, while supporting data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to 21 students, complemented by observation and literature review. The findings indicate that the sales team's professional appearance and friendly attitude created positive first impressions. However, several challenges were identified, including inadequate product knowledge, slow responses to customer inquiries, and communication that was often lengthy and unclear. These findings were supported by questionnaire results, which showed that the product knowledge and responsiveness indicators received lower scores than the other service quality indicators. These shortcomings negatively affected customer satisfaction and influenced purchasing decisions regarding Telkomsel products. Therefore, PT Telkomsel Indonesia should strengthen the competencies of its sales team through communication training, enhanced product knowledge, and improved response speed and accuracy to provide services that better meet the expectations and characteristics of adolescent customers.
