Abstract

Improperly managed household waste is a major crisis. Organic waste rots, attracting disease-carrying pests and releasing methane, while unmanaged inorganic waste (like plastics) contaminates soil and water. Both directly threaten local communities, spreading infections and polluting vital natural resources. The proposes two-stages incinerator combines design planning, material selection, and rigorous performance testing. Its two-stage combustion system, comprising primary and secondary chambers, ensures complete waste destruction while significantly reducing harmful gas emissions. Used oils waste acts as an economical, high-calorific alternative level. The combustion temperature reaches 520°C, the body temperature incinerator 390°C, and thew total operational cost for one combustion is IDR 4,632. Waste drum files are used as material for the body.incinerator as a form of reducing waste and rubbish for benefits
