The development of financial technology has made Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services, such as Shopee PayLater, increasingly popular among university students. The convenience offered by Shopee PayLater can influence students' financial behavior, including how they manage their. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify the factors affecting the financial management of students who use Shopee PayLater. This study aims to determine whether Shopee PayLater use, financial literacy, and impulsive buying influence the financial management of students at five universities in Serang City. This study employed a quantitative method with a causal associative approach. The population consisted of 86.020 active university students in Serang City, with a sample of 100 respondents selected using the Slovin formula and purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using validity, reliability, classical assumption, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination analyses with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics version 31. The results showed that Shopee PayLater use, financial literacy, and impulsive buying simultaneously affected students' financial management, with an f-value of 33,411, which was greater than the f-table value of 2,700, and a significance value of p < 0,001. The Adjusted R Square value was 0,511, indicating that the three independent variables explained 51,1% of the variance in students' financial management. Based on the findings, it can be i concluded that Shopee PayLater use, financial literacy, and impulsive buying simultaneously have a significant effect on the financial management of students who use Shopee PayLater at five universities in Serang City.
