<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaturan hukum berkaitan dengan video yang dihasilkan melalui fitur stitch serta perlindungan hukum terhadap pemegang hak cipta atas video yang digunakan dalam fitur stitch dalam perspektif kekayaan intelektual di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konsep. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa video yang dihasilkan melalui fitur stitch merupakan suatu karya ciptaan yang dihasilkan oleh manusia dalam konteks kekayaan intelektual dilindungi dalam rezim hak cipta. Tiktok sebagai media sosial penyedia fitur stitch telah memberikan pilihan terkait perizinan dalam penggunaan suatu video sebagai konten kreativitas yang diciptakan oleh manusia. Dalam hal video tersebut digunakan dalam fitur stitch, maka dipahami bahwa pemilik video telah dengan sendiri memberikan izin kepada pengguna lainnya untuk menggunakan video yang dibuatnya untuk digunakan sebagai bagian dari video mereka. ABSTRACT This research aims to examine legal regulations relating to videos produced through the stitch feature as well as legal protection for copyright holders for videos used in the stitch feature from an intellectual property perspective in Indonesia. This research is normative legal research with a statutory regulation approach and a conceptual approach. The results of the study show that the video produced through the stitch feature is a work of creation produced by humans in the context of intellectual property protected under the copyright regime. Tiktok as a social media provider of stitch features has provided options regarding licensing in using a video as creative content created by humans. In the event that the video is used in the stitch feature, it is understood that the video owner has personally given permission to other users to use the video they created to use as part of their video.]]>
