Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has increased the use of online food delivery services, including GoFood in the Gojek application. This study aims to examine the effect of Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness on ordering decisions through usage intention based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). A quantitative approach with an associative research design was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to GoFood users in West Jakarta aged at least 17 years who had used the service. Purposive sampling was applied, and the data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with SmartPLS. The results show that Perceived Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on usage intention and ordering decisions, whereas Perceived Usefulness has a positive and significant effect only on usage intention. In addition, usage intention significantly mediates the effects of Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness on ordering decisions. These findings reinforce the application of the Technology Acceptance Model in explaining user behavior in online food delivery services.
