<![CDATA[Transformasi digital dalam pelayanan kesehatan menjadi salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan rumah sakit. Salah satu implementasinya adalah penerapan sistem pendaftaran pasien berbasis digital yang bertujuan mempermudah proses registrasi, mengurangi waktu tunggu, serta meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan rawat jalan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas implementasi pendaftaran pasien berbasis digital dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan rawat jalan. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan menelaah berbagai artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan pada periode 2020–2025. Proses analisis dilakukan melalui identifikasi, seleksi, evaluasi, dan sintesis terhadap literatur yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem pendaftaran pasien berbasis digital memberikan berbagai manfaat, antara lain mempercepat proses registrasi, mengurangi antrean di loket pendaftaran, meningkatkan efisiensi kerja petugas administrasi, serta meningkatkan kemudahan akses dan kepuasan pasien. Namun, implementasi sistem masih menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan literasi digital pengguna, gangguan jaringan internet, dan integrasi sistem informasi yang belum optimal. Oleh karena itu, optimalisasi infrastruktur teknologi, peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, serta edukasi kepada masyarakat diperlukan untuk mendukung keberhasilan implementasi sistem pendaftaran digital secara berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, sistem pendaftaran pasien berbasis digital berpotensi menjadi salah satu strategi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan rawat jalan di rumah sakit.Digital transformation in healthcare services has become one of the key strategies to improve the efficiency and quality of hospital services. One of its implementations is the adoption of a digital patient registration system, which aims to simplify the registration process, reduce waiting times, and enhance the efficiency of outpatient services This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of implementing a digital patient registration system in improving the efficiency of outpatient services. This study employed a literature review method by examining scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025. The analysis was conducted through the processes of literature identification, selection, evaluation, and synthesis. The findings indicate that the implementation of a digital patient registration system provides several benefits, including faster registration processes, reduced queues at registration counters, improved administrative efficiency, and increased accessibility and patient satisfaction. However, several challenges remain, such as limited digital literacy among users, internet network disruptions, and suboptimal integration of health information systems. Therefore, optimizing technological infrastructure, improving the competencies of healthcare personnel, and enhancing public education are essential to support the sustainable implementation of digital patient registration systems.
