Abstract

The Influence of Pocket Money and Financial Literacy on Investment Decisions through Personal Financial Management of Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Pancasila University This study aims to analyze the influence of pocket money and financial literacy on investment decisions through personal financial management of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Pancasila University. Pocket money and financial literacy levels are important factors that affect students' ability to manage their finances and make the right investment decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Pancasila University. The data analysis techniques used are regression analysis and path analysis to test the direct and indirect influence between variables. The results of the study show that pocket money and financial literacy have a positive and significant effect on personal financial management. Furthermore, personal financial management has a positive and significant effect on students' investment decisions. In addition, allowance and financial literacy also have an indirect influence on investment decisions through personal financial management. This research is expected to contribute to increasing students' understanding of the importance of financial literacy and personal financial management in supporting rational investment decision-making.
