<![CDATA[Families hold a strategic position in Islamic education because adolescents’ formation of religious and moral values is shaped not only by formal schooling but also by everyday family interactions and practices. This study examines family strategies for internalizing Islamic educational values among adolescents in Rama Puja Village, East Lampung, and identifies supporting and constraining factors. Employing a qualitative field research approach, the study involved parents and adolescents as key informants. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation and analyzed using thematic analysis, with source triangulation to enhance data credibility. The findings show that the internalization of Islamic educational values is sustained through an integrated pattern of parental modeling, habituation of religious practices, open communication and religious advice, and continuous supervision and guidance. These practices collectively foster faith, religious practice, honesty, discipline, responsibility, politeness, respect for parents, and social concern among adolescents. The process is strengthened by emotional closeness and open family communication, while limited parental time and adolescents’ social environments present significant challenges. The study highlights that, in Rama Puja Village, family-based Islamic education is effective when values are consistently demonstrated, practiced, communicated, and reinforced in everyday life. This finding underscores the family’s role as a continuous and contextual space for Islamic education and adolescent character formation.]]>
