Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Engagement, Work-Life Balance, and Work Flexibility on Turnover Intention of Public Transportation Users in Private Companies in Jakarta. The high level of turnover intention can have a negative impact on the company, such as increasing recruitment costs, training, and decreasing organizational productivity. Therefore, it is necessary to identify factors that can influence turnover intention as a basis in the causal research category, the development of human resource management strategies. This study applies a quantitative method including The population in this study were all employees who use public transportation in private companies in the Jakarta area. The sample of this study was 124 respondents with data obtained from distributing questionnaires and using nonprobability sampling techniques with purposive sampling methods. This study used analysis using SPSS version 25 with. The results showed that work engagement, and work-life balance did not have a significant effect on turnover intention and work flexibility had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.
