Abstract

The Department of Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) of Madiun City faced challenges in managing and monitoring the KTP printing process efficiently and transparently. This study aims to design and implement a web-based KTP print analysis system using the Waterfall development method. The system was developed using PHP native and JavaScript, utilizing an Oracle database as the main data source and MySQL for login authentication. UML was used for requirements modeling and system design covering three user levels: Operator, Management, and Admin. The system can provide real-time KTP printing reports, differentiate new and reprinted cards, and provide analysis based on various parameters such as occupation, blood type, and marital status. Testing through questionnaires to four users yielded an average score of 4.91 out of 5, categorized as very good. System implementation successfully reduced service time from 10-15 minutes to less than 5 minutes, significantly improving efficiency and quality of civil administration services.
